Fast-growing online takeaway service provider Just-Eat this morning announced that it has acquired Urbanbite , a London online food delivery company. The purchase marks Just-Eat’s entry into the corporate business. Just-Eat is taking full ownership over Urbanbite, and the latter’s founder Ben Carmona will remain with the company in an undefined ‘leadership role’.
